Digital Tonic are working with a fast-growing digital-first business in the gaming industry as they look to hire a Paid Media Marketing Executive. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone in the early to middle stages of their career who wants to broaden their performance marketing experience across paid media and affiliates.
The Role
As Paid Marketing Marketing Executive, you’ll support the delivery of customer acquisition activity across PPC, affiliate marketing and other paid media channels. It’s a varied, hands-on position in which you’ll manage campaigns and partnerships, analyse performance and contribute ideas that help the business acquire customers more efficiently.
You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of affiliate relationships, including onboarding new partners, supporting commercial conversations and identifying opportunities to improve the quality and return generated by existing partnerships. Alongside this, you’ll run and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads and other relevant paid platforms, closely monitoring spend, acquisition volumes and overall performance.
Data will play a central role in the position. You’ll monitor key acquisition metrics, produce performance reports and use your findings to identify trends, highlight growth opportunities and improve campaign efficiency. You’ll also help coordinate wider acquisition campaigns, ensuring activity is delivered accurately, on time and in line with agreed commercial objectives.
Working closely with colleagues across CRM, organic marketing, brand and product, you’ll share insights and help create a more joined-up approach to customer acquisition. You’ll also collaborate with external partners and the internal compliance team to ensure all marketing activity meets the requirements of a highly regulated industry.
This is a great opportunity to develop a well-rounded understanding of performance marketing within a growing business. You’ll gain exposure to multiple acquisition channels, receive support from an experienced marketing team and see the direct commercial impact of your work.

- Previous experience within the sports, gaming or another regulated industry would be advantageous but isn’t essential
- An understanding of regulated advertising requirements, or the willingness to develop this knowledge quickly

You’ll receive a competitive salary and 25 days’ annual leave plus public holidays, with your holiday allowance increasing with length of service. The business also offers regular team events, staff perks and a friendly, supportive office environment.
