Ready to take ownership of customer acquisition for a premium fashion brand? Enjoy setting the strategy, challenging agency performance and finding new opportunities for growth? Looking for an in-house contract where you can make a real commercial impact?
This established premium lifestyle brand combines distinctive collections with an ambitious eCommerce business. With customers across the UK, US and emerging international markets, there’s plenty of opportunity to influence how the brand reaches new audiences and turns interest into lasting customer relationships.
You’ll join the Ecommerce & Digital team on an initial nine-month fixed-term contract, working closely with the Head of Ecommerce & Digital Marketing. It’s a role with real ownership, combining acquisition strategy, agency management and the development of a Performance Executive.
The Role
You’ll lead the acquisition strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, affiliates and emerging channels, building a clear roadmap that supports commercial growth across domestic and international markets.
Working with the agency partner, you’ll set clear targets, challenge results and make sure activity delivers against agreed KPIs. You’ll oversee budget planning, forecasting and scenario modelling, recommending where investment should move to improve returns and capitalise on opportunities.
Testing will be central to your approach. You’ll develop a roadmap across channels, audiences and creative, using performance data, competitor activity and market insight to decide what to improve, scale or try next.
You’ll work closely with the CRM and loyalty function to connect acquisition with retention, helping create a consistent customer journey. Alongside the agency and eCommerce team, you’ll also help shape SEO and AI search discovery activity to attract relevant, high-intent traffic.
Creative quality matters here. You’ll brief marketing and creative colleagues on the assets needed to support performance, making sure commercial objectives are considered from the outset while keeping campaigns true to the brand.
You’ll bring together clear reporting and practical recommendations for senior stakeholders, taking ownership of turning those recommendations into measurable improvements. You’ll also coach and develop the Performance Executive, building their confidence and capability.
Skills and Experience
- You’ll have proven experience in performance marketing or paid media, with ownership of acquisition strategy and commercial results.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and paid social platforms, including Meta, TikTok and Pinterest.
- Confidence managing budgets, forecasting performance and making informed recommendations on channel investment.
- The ability to analyse campaign data, identify priorities and turn insight into action.
- Experience managing agency relationships and holding partners accountable for delivery.
- A supportive approach to coaching and developing colleagues.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting recommendations to senior colleagues.
- An eye for premium brand creative and the ability to adapt copy across paid search and social formats.
- An organised, proactive approach to managing campaigns, deadlines and testing.
- Fashion, retail or premium brand experience would be particularly relevant, while affiliate marketing and international campaign experience would also be useful.
Benefits
As well as a competitive salary, you’ll receive 25 days’ annual holiday plus bank holidays, with entitlement adjusted to the contract term, alongside a birthday day off and generous staff discounts. The benefits package also includes enhanced maternity and paternity pay, a cycle to work scheme and an Employee Assistance Programme with mental health support. Fresh fruit and pastries are delivered weekly, with additional benefits linked to length of service.
