Life before Digital Tonic
Having specialised in Digital and eCommerce recruitment since 2016, I decided it was the right time to go it alone and set up Digital Tonic in 2020. Launching Digital Tonic has, hands-down, been the best experience of my career to date. I have an outstanding track record for finding the very best talent in the market and for really understanding the roles I recruit for.
My role at Digital Tonic
As well as handling daily management of everything from finance to IT, I recruit for agency and in-house roles across PPC, SEO, trading and merchandising, email/CRM and generalist eCommerce and digital marketing – spanning from entry level through to Director level. I am experienced in recruiting for roles for start-up businesses, FTSE-listed organisations and everything in between. Over the years I’ve built a very strong network and many people I’ve placed have gone on to become clients themselves and vice versa.
Life away from recruitment
Life away from recruitment is incredibly busy with 2 children – Oscar and Emily, our puppy Tilly, 2 cats, and 2 hamsters! As a family, we love family days out, taking Tilly out for adventures, and in my ‘adult’ time, I love nothing more than sitting outside on a summer’s evening with a nice glass or two of wine, spa afternoons, as well as exploring European cities!
