The Role

Are you an aspiring Paid Media Specialist with at least 12 months’ experience building paid search campaigns? Would you like to work in a growing agency where you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of client accounts? Then we’d love to hear from you. We’re working with a steadily growing Exeter based agency as they look to expand their team by recruiting a Paid Media Account Manager.

Working in a stunning location in Exeter, you’ll be joining a small but welcoming and talented team, with a busy and varied roster of client accounts. This is a role that involves account management as well as delivery, but you will be eased into the role by first focusing on campaign management before moving into a dual role. This gives you the time to build your confidence as well as getting to grips with this agency’s processes and ways of working. 

When you are up and running, you will be allocated a portfolio of your own client accounts, and these will be varied in terms of industry and sector, and size of ad spend. With full support from the wider team, you’ll work closely with your clients in setting intelligent and data-led paid media strategies, as well as managing campaign set up and ongoing optimisation and reporting. This role is also highly suited to those with excellent account management/client management skills who have a burning desire to move into digital marketing. 

Skills and Experience 

  • At least 12 months’ experience in a paid media role
  • Experience building paid search and paid social campaigns 
  • Excellent people-facing skills 
  • Strong data analysis skills

Benefits

Depending on your level of experience, there is a salary of up to £30k on offer here. Alongside this, there is a hybrid working pattern of 3 days a week in the office and 2 days remote, with flexible start and finish times between 8am and 6pm, and continuous training and development from industry leaders.
