£50,000 - £55,000
The Company
We’re partnering with an ambitious and fast-growing B2B SaaS business operating within the fintech space.
The company has developed innovative technology that enables some of the world’s largest asset managers and institutional investors to research and manage important shareholder voting decisions. Following strong growth across the UK and Europe, the business is now investing further in the US market and entering an exciting new stage of its development.
With a close-knit team, an AI-enabled product and plenty of international potential, this is a brilliant opportunity to join a purpose-led technology business where marketing will have a visible impact on commercial growth.
The Role
The Growth Marketing Lead will take ownership of how the business creates new conversations, qualified meetings and pipeline across priority accounts.
This is a broad, hands-on position sitting closely alongside Sales. You’ll research major asset managers and institutional investors, identify the right stakeholders and create targeted outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, content and events. The immediate focus will be on the UK, Europe and US, with success measured through meaningful engagement, qualified meetings and pipeline rather than vanity metrics.
Alongside outbound activity, you’ll create compelling content that turns complex subject matter into clear reasons for prospects to engage. This could include campaign emails, LinkedIn posts, articles, newsletters and reports, working with internal product and industry experts to bring their knowledge to market.
You’ll also own campaign and prospect data within HubSpot, improve lead nurturing and help identify the buying signals that Sales should act on. This is a standalone role initially, but you’ll work closely with senior leadership and colleagues across Sales, Product and the wider business, with genuine scope to shape the growth strategy and develop the function over time.
Skills & Experience
You’ll have previous experience within B2B SaaS growth marketing, demand generation, ABM or another pipeline-focused marketing role.
You’ll be able to demonstrate campaigns that have generated qualified conversations, opportunities or pipeline with senior decision-makers.
You’ll be a strong writer who can make a technical or complex proposition feel clear, credible and engaging.
You’ll be comfortable researching target accounts, identifying relevant stakeholders and creating thoughtful outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn.
You’ll have experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM to manage campaigns, nurture prospects and report on performance.
You’ll be commercially minded and comfortable working closely with Sales, with a clear understanding of how marketing activity contributes to meetings and revenue.
You’ll be confident using AI and modern marketing tools to improve research, content creation, testing and delivery.
Financial-services or fintech experience would be beneficial, but it isn’t essential. Experience within B2B SaaS is more important.
You’ll be happy working autonomously while spending around three days per week with the team in Bristol.
Benefits
This is an opportunity to build a growth-marketing engine rather than inherit a finished playbook. You’ll have autonomy to test new audiences, messaging, channels and campaigns, with direct access to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence how the business grows internationally.
Benefits include:
- Competitive salary of up to £55,000
- Variable compensation
- Generous company share scheme
- Private healthcare, including private GP access and dental, optical and mental-health support
- 33 days’ holiday including bank holidays, increasing with service
- 5% employer pension contribution
- £50 monthly wellness allowance
- Enhanced maternity and paternity policies
- Work-from-home budget
- Flexible working hours
- Regular company events and off-sites
- Occasional UK and international travel
