Gloucestershire Hybrid Part time, Permanent

Circa. £40,000

Looking for a part-time paid media role where you can see the impact of your campaigns? Want to join a highly successful and growing fashion eCommerce brand?

We’re working with a successful, family-run British fashion and lifestyle brand based in Gloucestershire. Founded in 2007, the business has built a distinctive identity through its colourful collections, inspired by art, craft and the natural world.

Its ranges are designed in-house and stocked by more than 300 retailers across the UK and Europe. Alongside this established retail presence, the brand is continuing to grow its eCommerce channel and invest in its digital marketing team. This is an opportunity to work closely with the people behind the brand and help shape how it reaches new customers online.

The Role

Joining the digital marketing team on a part-time basis, you’ll focus entirely on paid media, managing campaigns across Meta and Google to support customer acquisition and online revenue growth.

The paid media split will be around 70% Meta and 30% Google. Experience across both would be great, but if you specialise in either Paid Social or Paid Search, we’d still love to hear from you.

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to develop dynamic, engaging ads, taking campaigns from setup through to monitoring, reporting and optimisation. Testing audiences, creative and messaging will be an important part of the role, using performance data to identify improvements and make the most of advertising spend.

The business is open to someone working either 3 or 4 days per week.

Skills and Experience

  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads or Google Ads; experience across both would be an advantage.
  • Confidence monitoring campaign results and using data to improve performance.
  • An understanding of audience targeting, campaign structure, creative testing and engaging ad copy.
  • A commercial approach, with an interest in improving customer acquisition, conversions and return on advertising spend.
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders and collaborating with creative and digital teams.
  • A proactive, organised approach, with the ability to prioritise your workload across a part-time working week.
  • Experience within fashion, retail or eCommerce would be useful, but isn’t essential.

Benefits

The salary is £34,000 – £40,000 full-time equivalent, pro rata for either 3 or 4 days per week. You’ll have the opportunity to build on your paid media experience and broaden your knowledge across Meta and Google within a growing in-house digital team. It’s a role with room to contribute ideas, test campaigns and see the impact of your work on the brand’s online performance.
