The Role

Digital Tonic is thrilled to be partnering with an European award-winning agency, as they embark on their search for a Paid Social Manager to join the team. Sitting in the paid social team, you will be responsible for building innovative strategies for a selection of clients, many of whom are well-known household names. You’ll work in real partnership with your clients, understanding their revenue and brand development goals, and in turn will create strategies that help them to get there, as well as executing campaigns – both on the technical implementation but also the more creative elements (assets and design). We’re looking for a true social native who has a track-record of successful campaigns and an eye for what makes a campaign stand out. This is not an organic social role, and therefore we can only consider applications where there is a proven track record of paid social campaigns.

It is likely that you will already have a fantastic understanding of the major social platforms such as TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, and an excellent working knowledge of each platform in regards to setting up and optimising campaigns. You will have ideally worked with large budgets in the millions, and will also be a confident communicator and happy in a client-facing role.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in paid social, with an excellent understanding of TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube etc
  • Strong account management skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload, with strong time management skills
  • Innate curiosity and love of social media advertising 
  • Team management experience would be desirable 

Benefits

There is a competitive salary on offer here depending on level of experience, and this figure can be discussed on application. There is a broad salary range for this role, and we are open to considering strong Exec level applicants through to Senior Managers. For that reason alone, we have chosen not to share a range for salary, but can discuss salary bandings on application. There is a hybrid working model on offer here of 2 days a week in the office, and 3 remote. Other benefits include frequent team trips away, and a real focus on volunteering and community.
