The Role

Do you want to work for an industry dominator whose products take centre stage in the world of sports nutrition and fitness? Are you an experienced Paid Media Specialist with a wealth of experience across search, shopping and paid social, with a can-do attitude and a thirst for testing and iterating campaigns? 

This is the perfect opportunity for a hands-on, experimental Paid Media Specialist who would thrive in a newly created role, working within a small but incredibly talented and collaborative eCommerce team, to help this business sustain their success over the last 2-3 years. We’re looking for someone who is continually looking to make the minor 1% tweaks that lead to astronomical gains, as well as coming up with new ideas. 

On a daily basis, you’ll be responsible for daily ROAS reporting, identifying trends, threats and opportunities, and keeping your finger on the pulse when it comes to wider brand activations and marketing campaigns, to ensure you are building campaigns that support this. You’ll have management of a significant paid media budget, and accountability for the daily running, optimisation of campaigns within Google Ads, Performance Max, and Meta, and will be able to use insight to make commercial decisions around budget allocation.

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrable, hands-on paid media management experience
  • Experience building and optimising campaigns across search, social, and shopping
  • Wider knowledge of other marketing channels e.g. brand, content, organic social
  • A real can-do attitude, with a team player mentality 
  • Knowledge of Performance Max/Google Shopping
  • Strong analysis and reporting skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and be solutions-oriented


Depending on level of experience, salary will be at the minimum £25k, but for those applicants with more experience (3-4 years+) this will be much higher. This is very open at the moment which is why there is no upper bracket. We welcome queries from anyone who is unsure on whether their salary expectations would be considered. The role is based in Birmingham, with 2 days a week in the office and 3 days WFH/remote.
