Are you an experienced paid media marketer who is looking for a true ownership role?
We’re working with a hugely successful, design-led ecommerce brand that’s entering an exciting new phase. Strong foundations are in place. The product is loved. The brand is sharp. Now it’s about scaling properly. And paid media is at the forefront of that!
The Role
You’ll own paid media end-to-end strategy, execution, optimisation and scale. You’ll be working across Google and Meta as your core, with the freedom to explore and expand into platforms like Pinterest, TikTok and beyond.
One minute you’re deep in the data: spotting trends, diagnosing performance, making smart, commercial decisions. The next, you’re working with the creative team to shape campaigns that actually look and feel like the brand.
You’ll be balancing growth with efficiency. Scaling what works. Fixing what doesn’t. Testing constantly. Learning quickly.
Skills and Experience
- Expert across Paid Search and Paid Social (Google & Meta)
- Comfortable owning campaigns end-to-end
- Analytical by nature – you enjoy working with numbers and spotting patterns
- Commercially aware – you understand how performance links to profit
- Confident being hands-on in platforms while thinking strategically
- Experience with Pinterest, TikTok or Bing is a bonus, not a must
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working at pace
