The Role

We’re partnering with a growing digital agency who are continuing to invest heavily in their people, clients, and long-term growth plans. As part of that journey, they’re looking for a Senior Paid Media Executive to join the team and take ownership of paid media performance across a varied portfolio of eCommerce and B2B clients. You’ll be responsible for planning, launching, optimising, and scaling campaigns across multiple paid channels, while working closely with both clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

The successful candidate will manage campaign strategy and execution across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, ensuring accounts are structured effectively and continuously optimised to maximise ROI. You’ll analyse performance data, identify trends and opportunities, implement robust testing frameworks, and ensure accurate tracking and measurement are in place across all accounts.

Alongside campaign management, you’ll build insightful performance reports and dashboards, proactively communicate results and recommendations to clients, and help refine internal processes to improve efficiency and campaign delivery. You’ll also have the opportunity to support and mentor junior team members, helping to elevate the overall performance of the wider team.

  • Experience working across both eCommerce and B2B sectors
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify growth opportunities
  • Experience restructuring and optimising accounts to improve performance
  • Knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution, and performance measurement
  • Experience using Looker Studio or similar reporting platforms
  • Product feed management and optimisation experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Previous mentoring or coaching experience would be advantageous
  • Comfortable managing client budgets and ensuring spend aligns with agreed objectives

Benefits
