Gloucestershire Hybrid Full time, Permanent

£35,000 - £45,000

Our client is an award-winning EdTech business that’s transforming education through immersive virtual reality technology. For more than 20 years they’ve been developing innovative learning solutions, with their flagship platform now used by schools across the globe. Designing and manufacturing their own VR headsets, developing the software platform and creating the educational content themselves, they’ve built a truly unique proposition and continue to experience strong international growth.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of marketing activity across the US market, helping to drive lead generation, pipeline growth and brand awareness within one of the company’s most important territories.

Working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and collaborating with Sales, Product, Customer Success and Channel Partners, you’ll plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, webinars, content, PR and events. You’ll also support major education exhibitions, develop engaging thought leadership content and use campaign performance data to continually optimise activity.

This is a broad, hands-on marketing role that would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, working collaboratively across multiple teams and seeing the commercial impact of their work.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive position.
  • Strong B2B marketing experience with responsibility for campaign planning and delivery.
  • Experience generating leads and supporting pipeline growth.
  • Comfortable analysing campaign performance and using data to improve results.
  • Experience working closely with Sales and other cross-functional teams.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Experience using CRM and marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho or similar.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Experience within EdTech, SaaS or the education sector would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the US education market would be beneficial but isn’t essential.

Benefits

You’ll be joining an innovative, growing technology business with an excellent reputation within the education sector and a genuinely collaborative culture. The business offers hybrid working (typically 2-3 days per week in the Gloucester office), the opportunity to work on international marketing campaigns and a varied role where you’ll have genuine ownership and the chance to make a measurable impact.
