Life Before Digital Tonic

After graduating with a degree in Marketing I’ve held various roles, from running pubs to spending five years as a First Response Police Officer. Since 2015, I’ve focused exclusively on recruiting for Marketing & Digital roles – working across all kinds of industries, locations, and company sizes. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the field and a strong network of exceptional candidates, relationships, and awesome clients.

My Role At Digital Tonic

Alongside my responsibilities as Director, I mentor and support the team recruiting for a variety of broad and specialist Marketing positions, for both in-house and agency. I’m committed to providing a personalised and seamless experience for both candidates and clients, and always go the extra mile to ensure a successful outcome and service. I draw on knowledge gained from my own Marketing degree and years’ of specialist recruitment experience to identify the most talented individuals and roles on the market, and love matching candidates with great opportunities.

Life Away From Recruitment

Away from recruitment, my days are filled with family life, with my wife Stacey and two awesome children, Oscar and Emily. We have a home full of animals, with a Cockapoo, cats, hamster and even a snake.  I love football (armchair supporter), playing golf, country living, and even going to the gym… on the rare occasions that I drag myself there. I also have a massive love of city breaks, travelling, fine food and wine.
