The Role

We are excited to partner with a luxury brand on the lookout for a talented and creative Social Media Executive to join their dynamic marketing team based in Cheltenham. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in elevating the social presence of a premium brand that’s known for its innovation and elegance. If you’re a strategic thinker with a passion for social media trends and digital storytelling, this could be the perfect role for you.

As Social Media Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the brand’s social channels, including overseeing content development, scheduling, and execution. You will ensure the brand’s voice remains consistent, sophisticated, and engaging across all platforms, from Instagram to TikTok, Facebook to Pinterest, and beyond.

This is a fast-paced and creative environment where your expertise will directly contribute to shaping the brand’s digital presence, amplifying brand awareness, and driving customer engagement. You’ll also be instrumental in managing relationships with influencers and ambassadors, supporting affiliate marketing strategies, and reporting on the performance of social campaigns.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a B2C social media role is essential 
• In-depth knowledge of all major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.).  
• Strong understanding of social media metrics and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.  
• A passion for social trends, with a creative flair for content creation and storytelling.  
• Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.  
• A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative.   
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing is a plus, but not essential.  
• A background or interest in equestrian events is preferred but not required.
