The Role

We are so excited to be working alongside a dynamic luxury haircare brand as they look to grow their team with an Influencer Executive. If you have experience in working within an influencer role and have a real passion for D2C beauty and wellness this could be a great step for you.

Working closely with the wider marketing team, you will hit the ground running and get stuck into developing key influencer relationships. We are looking for someone who has strong knowledge of influencers within the beauty industry and would be naturally curious of those who are up and coming. 

You will work with management in building out a long term influencer strategy, working directly with those in the market on reviewing their content pieces. The company also operates an influencer gifting program which you will help to manage and seek out new potential members for PR. 

Their office is based in Poole, and they are looking for 2 days a week in the office. However there is a degree of flexibility with this. The company also operate on a flexible core hour system which allows your to have a better work/life balance.

Skills and Experience 

• Proven experience working within an Influencer role
• Solid understanding of social media and latest influencer trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication 
• A passion for the beauty and wellness industry

Benefits

There is a salary on offer of £25k. This role is located in the Poole office, ideally, you need to be in the office twice a week, but there can be flexibility on this. There are core working hours for this role (9.30am-12pm & 2pm-4pm) and there is a holiday allowance of 25 days + bank holidays with this increasing to 30 days after a year in service.
