The Role

We are excited to be partnering with one of our charity clients as they look for a Social Media Executive on a 12 month FTC. A charity that really cares about making an impact, this would be the perfect place to expand your social knowledge. If you have previous experience working in a social media focused B2C role I’d love to hear from you. 

Having prior knowledge of all the major social channels, you will work with both the Social Media Manager and the Digital Assistant in developing the monthly content calendar. Due to having multiple arms of the business this part of the role involves a lot of organisational skills and having a creative flair to bring their ideas to life. 

This role will have a strong focus on community management within their social platforms. You will be responsible for engaging with social users, ensuring comments are replied to and any negative interactions are reported. 

This is a remote role, however there will be regular face to face time at their base in Salisbury.

Skills and Experience 

  • Previous experience within a social media role is essential 
  • Knowledge of social media scheduling tools such as Sprout Social
  • Experience in design tools (Canva or Adobe)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics
