The Role

Digital Tonic are thrilled to be working with our favourite charity as they look to hire a Retention Marketing Executive for their amazing Fundraising team. This is a fully remote role, but there will be monthly travel to either the Salisbury or London offices.

This is a retention focused role, where you will run regular campaigns that communicate with the existing donor base. For this role you must have experience working with Print and so will ideally have experience running Direct Mail Campaigns or working with Catalogue Marketing etc.

You will create supporter journeys, have some understanding of data segmentation (even though the data team will be responsible for this), and you will liaise with external agencies as well as internal teams to execute the campaigns. You will utilise the CRM and will be responsible for sending out email campaigns en masse to a large mailing list.

If you have experience working within a direct marketing role then this could be the perfect place for you, where you will get to use your blend of online and offline marketing experience.

Skills and Experience

  • You must have experience working with Print and Direct Marketing
  • Knowledge of Direct Response Marketing
  • Good Email Marketing experience
  • Commercial mindset and results driven
  • Comfortable using analytics to report on campaigns
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
