The role

We’re working with a fast-growing, highly entrepreneurial business , as they look to hire a Marketing Manager into their expanding team.

This is a broad, hands-on role that sits at the heart of campaign delivery, supporting the Head of Marketing and wider leadership team in executing multi-channel marketing activity across both online and offline channels. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone stepping up from a Marketing Executive position who’s ready to take on greater ownership of campaigns and stakeholder management or someone that has a couple of years relevant experience in a similar role.

You’ll be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of integrated campaigns across channels including TV, radio, print, paid media, email and direct mail. From briefing and execution through to reporting and optimisation, you’ll play a key role in ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with compliance requirements.

The role also involves working closely with internal teams and external agencies, managing timelines, supporting sign-off processes, and ensuring all marketing output is aligned with brand guidelines and tone of voice. There’s a strong emphasis on attention to detail, particularly around proofreading and ensuring accuracy across all communications.

This is a collaborative position within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, offering real scope to develop ownership, build campaign management experience, and contribute to wider marketing strategy.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a Marketing Executive, Marketing Manager or similar role
  • Experience supporting or delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Good understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • High attention to detail, with strong proofreading and quality control skills
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to manage internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Experience working with agencies or suppliers would be beneficial
  • Exposure to campaign performance tracking or analytics tools is advantageous
  • Experience within a regulated environment is a plus but not essential
