The Role
Digital Tonic is delighted to be working with a leading digital agency as they look to expand their paid media team with the addition of a Paid Media Specialist. This is an exciting time to join this agency as they experience steady, sustainable growth, in the buoyant and ever-evolving world of eCommerce. If you want an opportunity to work with large-scale consumer brands, building campaigns across a variety of platforms, then look no further.
In this buzzy role, no two days will be the same. You will have ownership of a number of tasks, but the core elements of your role will involve account management, discussing strategies and metrics with clients, analytics and reporting, campaign activation and ongoing optimisation, and supporting the Head of Paid Media as needed. This company would be well-suited to those who like an independent and autonomous workload, whilst also working alongside like-minded individuals. We’re looking for someone who is curious, likes to share new ideas, and is always looking for ways to improve their paid media skills. In return, you’ll be in an environment that encourages you to use your creativity and to contribute your ideas.
Skills and Experience
- 2-3+ years’ experience in paid media, with some demonstrable eCommerce experience
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data
- Excellent account management skills
- Knowledge of the key paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Performance Max, DV360, Google Shopping, and social platforms (Meta primarily)
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
Benefits
Depending on experience, there is a salary on offer here of c.£35k, as well as a whole host of benefits/perks which can be discussed on application. There is a hybrid working model in place of 2 days a week in the office in Swindon, and 3 days remote.
