The Role
We’re delighted to be supporting a Bristol-based household name, as they look to take on a new Paid Media Executive for their growing performance marketing team. This role would be perfect for someone looking to join a large, in-house paid media team, where you’ll be working across a variety of paid platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, Apple, and Snapchat. We don’t need you to have experience across all platforms, but a keenness to learn and develop your experience here is a must.
You’ll be assigned to a specific ‘product’, where you will work alongside the Performance Marketing Manager to agree and set performance marketing strategies, using data along the way to hypothesise where best to allocate spend. You’ll also manage relationships with 3rd party platforms, always leveraging their expertise. We’d like someone here who is data-driven and always using insight to drive decisions, as well as testing.
Skills and Experience
- Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Search, and paid social
- Apple and/or Android app ads are hugely desirable as you will be heavily involved in this!
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work autonomously
Benefits
You will be rewarded with a salary of up to £35k + bonus depending on experience. There is a hybrid working pattern of 2 days office based and 3 remote, and this company has fantastic career progression and development opportunities.
