The Role
We’re working with a purpose-driven group of businesses that are growing fast and making a big impact on the communities they serve. Built around a mix of service-led brands from tech to transport to accommodation they’re now looking for an ambitious and experienced Head of Marketing to take the reins.
This is a brilliant opportunity to shape marketing strategy across multiple business units, define brand architecture and deliver high-performing campaigns across digital and offline channels. You’ll report directly to the CEO and work closely with senior leadership to bring clarity consistency and creativity to how the group shows up.
You’ll lead on all things brand digital CRM content performance and partnerships. This is a high-impact hands-on role for someone confident leading at both the strategic and tactical level. Someone who thrives in a fast-moving values-led environment where no two days look the same.
Skills and Experience
- 5 plus years in a senior marketing role ideally across both B2B and B2C
- Experience managing multiple brands or business units
- Strong digital knowledge across content SEO paid media CRM and analytics
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
- Confident setting strategy and managing delivery
- Track record of building teams and managing agencies or freelancers
- Strong understanding of diverse audiences and community-focused campaigns
Benefits
The salary on offer is £55000 to £65000 depending on experience. You’ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team and play a key role in shaping the future of a meaningful values-led business.
