The Role

We are super excited to be working with a massive BCorp certified disruptor brand in the health food space, as they look for an eCommerce Manager to join the team. We’re looking for a strong marketplace specialist to come in and take this brands’ sales to another level. You’ll have an excellent understanding of Amazon Marketplace management and a proven track record of achieving sales growth within an eCommerce brand.

You will be working as part of a small, close-knit team, where everyone has a can-do attitude and enjoys collaborating. You will be reporting directly to the Founder, giving you a fantastic opportunity to really understand the business vision and mission, and to align your work to these goals.

The majority of your role (circa 80%) will be spent managing the Amazon marketplace channel across both strategy and execution, including management of the P&L, forecasting, and Sponsored Amazon Ads. Alongside this, you will be involved in driving traffic to the WooCommerce site, as well as the TikTok shop.

Skills and Experience

An excellent track record of driving growth through Amazon marketplace
An in-depth understanding of forecasting and P&L management
Interest in working for a fast-paced, ambitious start-up
Previous experience in an eCommerce environment

Benefits

Depending on experience, there is a salary on offer of up to £50k depending on experience. The role requires you to be in the office 1 day a week as a minimum, with the rest being remote. There is also a discretionary performance bonus and share options.
