The Role

We’re really excited to be hiring an eCommerce Manager on behalf of a premium lifestyle brand in the luxury jewellery space. With ambitious growth plans and a strong D2C focus, this is a brilliant opportunity to join a brand at a pivotal point in its journey. You’ll be given real ownership of the eCommerce function from day one, leading trading performance, customer experience, platform management and retention marketing, all in a hands-on, fast-growth environment.

As the eCommerce Manager, you’ll be responsible for optimising the online store to drive traffic, conversion, AOV and retention. This includes day-to-day ownership of the Shopify Plus website and working closely with developers to continuously improve speed, UX and performance. You’ll optimise the customer journey, conduct A/B testing, and fine-tune everything from product pages to the checkout process.

You’ll also manage email automation, oversee customer service operations, and play a key role in post-purchase engagement and loyalty initiatives. Performance analysis will be central to your role, using tools like Google Analytics to track KPIs, identify trends and drive commercial decisions.

Alongside your technical and analytical responsibilities, you’ll collaborate with marketing, retail and operations teams, helping to shape campaigns and ensure stock availability and fulfilment run smoothly. This is a hands-on role, working for a brand that encourages experimentation.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience as an eCommerce Manager or Senior eCommerce Executive
  • Solid working knowledge of Shopify Plus
  • Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of CRO
  • Previous experience within dropshipping would be advantageous
