The Role

Do you have a real love of premium brands and the fashion industry, coupled with eCommerce experience? Then we have something quite unique for you here.

We’re supporting a wildly successful, luxury retail brand in the Cotswolds, as they recruit an eCommerce Executive to join their friendly, creative, and talented team. This brand has been established for over a decade, and has been on an incredible brand journey over the last 5, really carving out a name in the premium sector. But that’s not all. This brand is the epitome of quality, hand-made products, and you will feel a huge sense of pride working at the heart of the business.

Due to exciting growth within the business, this well-respected brand is getting ready to launch their US website, which is where you come in. This would be an ideal role for a digital marketer with 1-2 years of experience within an eCommerce company, where you know your way around Shopify and feel confident using it on a daily basis.

This role will see you working closely with the wider eCommerce team, as well as the digital marketing team to manage, develop and implement digital marketing strategies and drive traffic to the eCommerce website. You will do this by supporting the delivery of eCommerce in both short and long-term projects, with a focus on the US site.

You will also Identify opportunities for growth by conducting market research, competitor analysis and researching trends. By working closely with other areas of the business and external agencies you will grow campaigns across various channels including paid search, SEO, and email marketing. We’re looking for someone hands-on, who is confident with managing the maintenance of the website, and supporting on ad-hoc projects across both the digital and eCommerce teams.

This is a hybrid role requiring 3-4 days in the Cheltenham office and 1-2 days from home per week.

Skills and Experience

• Experience working in an eCommerce business
• Good working knowledge of Shopify or similar
• Strong problem solving skills
• An interest in fashion/premium retail

Benefits

Depending on experience, there is a salary of c.£25k for this role, alongside a host of other benefits including huge product discounts. The office is based on the outskirts of Cheltenham, with free onsite parking, and you will be required to attend the office 3-4 days per week.
