Gloucestershire Hybrid Full time, Permanent

Circa. £70,000

The Role

We’re supporting a popular, growing clothing brand in their search for a Senior eCommerce Manager. This is a full-time role based just outside of Gloucester, where you’ll take complete ownership of the brand’s eCommerce trading performance and play a pivotal role in shaping its future growth.

This is a deeply customer-centric role. You’ll be the person who is constantly looking at the website through the eyes of the shopper; spotting friction points, improving usability, refining categories and product journeys, and ensuring every touchpoint feels intuitive, enjoyable and aligned with the brand’s identity. You’ll combine this customer focus with a sharp commercial mindset, relentlessly analysing performance and identifying opportunities to improve conversion, AOV and overall revenue. Put simply: you’ll be obsessed with sales and driving continuous growth.

Day-to-day, you’ll manage onsite merchandising, product launches, promotional activity, content accuracy, stock availability, and the overall trading calendar. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to align onsite experiences with traffic-driving activity, partner with the inventory team to ensure the right products are featured at the right time, and collaborate with customer service to understand behaviour, feedback and barriers to purchase.

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re someone who enjoys owning the website end-to-end, loves digging into data, and feels energised by seeing results move in the right direction. It’s a brilliant opportunity to make a visible impact within a friendly team and help drive the next stage of growth for an established and much-loved British clothing brand.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong eCommerce experience, ideally in a trading-focused role
  • A genuinely customer-obsessed approach, with a sharp eye for UX issues and onsite improvements
  • Highly commercial mindset – you’ll be comfortable owning KPIs and consistently driving sales growth
  • Confident analysing performance data and turning insights into actions
  • Skilled in site merchandising and on-site optimisation
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Understanding of digital marketing and how it supports onsite performance
  • Experience within retail or fashion is a bonus

Benefits

You’ll be joining a close-knit, hands-on team within a brand that values authenticity, quality and inclusivity. Expect a friendly culture, the opportunity to make a visible impact, and the chance to shape the future growth of an established British clothing brand. Depending on experience, there’s a salary on offer of up to £70k, with huge opportunities for personal development as you’ll be joining them at a critical time of growth.
