The Role

We’re looking for a talented Senior Paid Media Specialist to join a growing digital team and take the lead on planning, building and optimising high-performing paid campaigns for an exciting mix of household-name clients. • Strong digital marketing knowledge with proven success in optimisation and delivering performance improvements.
  • Confident client communication skills, both in meetings and via email.
  • Good understanding of GA4 and how it works alongside PPC, SEO and Paid Social activity.
  • Experience building reports and dashboards in Looker Studio.
  • Ideally, experience with tracking, tagging and configuration via Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Facebook Pixel/CAPI.
  • Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Experience using agency project management tools.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
  • A genuine passion for digital marketing and keeping up with paid media trends and platform updates.
