The Role
Are you a passionate digital marketer with expertise in SEO, PPC, and client management? We’re looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join a thriving digital agency in Bristol. In this role, you’ll take ownership of a range of client accounts, helping them achieve their goals through tailored digital marketing strategies.
You’ll be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimising paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Bing for both eCommerce and lead generation clients. Using in-depth keyword research and SEO best practices, you’ll ensure clients’ websites are performing at their best. You’ll also carry out detailed SEO audits, analyse competitor performance, and offer actionable insights to improve rankings and visibility.
Collaboration will be key, as you work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with clients’ broader marketing goals. You’ll provide expert recommendations, develop creative solutions, and monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ agency experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in SEO and PPC.
- Strong understanding of paid search and paid social platforms, including Google Ads, Google Shopping, and Facebook Ads.
- Proficient in using Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio for reporting and insights.
- Experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs or SEMRush.
- Familiarity with WordPress and Shopify platforms.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Strong client management skills and the ability to explain complex digital marketing concepts in simple terms.
Benefits
Depending on experience, there is a salary on offer here of up to £35k. This agency is located in the centre of Bristol in a fantastic, modern office, and they offer a hybrid working model of 3 days a week in the office and 2 days a week remote.
