The Role
We are excited to partner with a dynamic, fast-growing business in the digital space, who are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of SEO and PPC strategies, driving website performance and contributing directly to the company’s ambitious growth targets. You will play a key role in managing and optimising the digital marketing activities that support lead generation, build brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for SEO audits, keyword research and working closely with the content writers to develop a range of content that align with SEO best practices. You will also manage paid search and social campaigns, ensuring the company’s digital presence remains competitive and effective across various channels. This is a hands-on, collaborative role, working closely with internal teams to deliver results-driven marketing strategies.
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in hands-on SEO & PPC management
- Previous experience in a B2B marketing role
- Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, SEMrush and Google Search Console
- Experience in paid search & social with the ability to report and track performance
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the wider team
- A proactive and results-driven approach, with the ability to plan and implement long-term strategies while also managing day-to-day tasks
Benefits
There is a good salary on offer of £45k – £50k DOE, alongside a performance-related bonus. They offer 25 days holiday per year, with a hybrid policy of 3 office days per week.
