Bath Hybrid Full time, Permanent

£50,000 - £60,000

The Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head of Marketing Campaigns to join a growing technology business in Bath. This is a key role in the marketing team, leading high-impact, multi-channel campaigns in collaboration with a major technology partner. With a significant budget to work with, and a small team to manage, you will be responsible for driving lead generation across cloud, data, and security solutions.

This role would suit a B2B tech marketing specialist who has experience managing strategic campaigns, working closely with sales teams, and delivering measurable results. If you’re looking for an opportunity to take ownership of marketing campaigns in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns that generate leads and pipeline growth. You’ll work closely with sales teams, senior stakeholders, and a key technology partner, ensuring all campaigns align with business goals and drive meaningful impact.

  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns across digital, content, paid media, and events.
  • Manage a team of three, including an Events Manager, Content Manager (vacancy), and Marketing Administrator.
  • Work closely with sales and SDR teams, ensuring marketing efforts support lead generation and pipeline development.
  • Collaborate with a key technology partner, managing co-op funded campaigns and joint initiatives.
  • Measure and optimise campaign performance, tracking key metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, and ROI.
  • Bring fresh ideas and strategic thinking, ensuring campaigns cut through the noise and deliver results.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous B2B marketing experience, ideally within the technology sector.
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing campaigns that drive lead generation.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, working closely with sales teams and external partners.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, ideally HubSpot, for segmentation and campaign execution.
  • A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach, balancing planning and execution.

Benefits

The role offers a salary of £50,000 – £60,000 + bonus potential, alongside a hybrid working model with 2-3 days in the office. This is an opportunity to work with a significant campaign budget (£500K+) in a collaborative and ambitious culture with no internal politics. You will gain exposure to high-profile partnerships and co-op funding opportunities in a fast-moving, data-driven environment where bold ideas are encouraged.
