Head of Growth – Automotive Marketing

The Role

Are you ready to lead transformative growth for globally recognised brands? Our client, a digital and content powerhouse specialising in the automotive sector, is seeking a Head of Growth to drive customer acquisition and build a high-performing marketing pipeline.

This role is all about crafting data-driven strategies to attract and engage audiences across multiple channels. From SEO to social media and content marketing, you’ll design campaigns that resonate with customers and maximise ROI. Collaborating with creative, sales, and product teams, you’ll play a key role in shaping innovative campaigns that set new benchmarks in digital marketing. You will be involved in:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Analysing market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Managing and optimising digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and social media.
  • Overseeing content creation, ensuring effective copywriting that resonates with the target audience.
  • Maintain an organised approach to tracking performance metrics and adjusting strategies as necessary.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience: Proven expertise in customer acquisition, digital marketing, or performance marketing, ideally in a global context.
  • Marketing Skills: Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, and content marketing. Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Experience optimising campaigns for ROI and conversion.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to design and implement innovative, culturally relevant marketing strategies across diverse markets.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation and collaboration skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around a unified growth vision.
  • Leadership: A proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is skilled at managing budgets and resources efficiently.
