The Role
This is a broad and hands-on role where you’ll lead trade and brand marketing activity across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-impact campaigns, with a focus on elevating brand presence and supporting sales across retail, merchant and healthcare markets.
You’ll take ownership of key assets including brochures, digital content, event support, and sales enablement tools—ensuring brand consistency and improving the customer journey throughout. The business is embracing change and keen to empower its people, so we’re looking for someone proactive, commercially aware, and happy to roll up their sleeves.
What You’ll Need

5+ years’ experience in trade, product, or brand marketing

Background in a physical product environment (home improvement, retail, manufacturing, etc.)

Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns from concept to delivery

Experience with website CMS, CRM and email platforms (e.g., HubSpot or Mailchimp)

A strong grasp of brand positioning and customer engagement

Ability to produce both print and digital marketing materials

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite

A proactive communicator with a strong attention to detail
