Leeds Hybrid Full time, Permanent

£45,000 - £55,000

The Role

We’re working with a Leeds-based tech innovator, to help them find a commercially focused and tech-savvy Technical Marketing Manager. This is a brand-new role, and a brilliant opportunity to unlock the potential of an untapped customer database and bring a fresh, forward-thinking approach to their marketing strategy.

With over 4,000 customers and an even bigger audience to engage, the business is looking for someone who knows how to build meaningful customer journeys and drive performance through email and marketing automation. You’ll take ownership of their CRM and lifecycle marketing, using tools and data to create personalised, scalable campaigns that truly convert.

Although this is a B2B business, the right candidate will bring a consumer mindset; someone who understands how to translate technical products into compelling stories, build customer loyalty, and drive measurable outcomes. You’ll play a key role in making automation a central pillar of their marketing activity and help future-proof the function with the right tech stack, segmentation strategy, and analytical rigour.

Skills and Experience

  • 4-5+ years’ experience, ideally coming from a consumer tech or performance-led background
  • Experience using Pardot, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar
  • Excellent data analysis skills
  • Previous experience setting up paid search and/or social campaigns would be highly advantageous
  • An interest and curiosity for using AI within marketing

Benefits

Depending on experience, there is a salary on offer here of £45-55k but for someone exceptional we could get to £60k+. This is a great time to join this company! They are a growing business at the forefront of their industry. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, digitally focused team, with plenty of autonomy to shape your own area and make a tangible impact. In return, you’ll get a competitive salary, hybrid working (2–3 days in the Leeds office), and the chance to help drive the future of marketing in a cutting-edge tech business.
