The Role
We’re delighted to be hiring an SEO Manager for a major UK brand with a Bristol HQ. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a high-performing SEO function that directly contributes to the wider digital growth for the business. This is a pivotal role where you’ll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive SEO strategy that boosts organic visibility, rankings, and revenue across a portfolio of products.
You’ll lead the planning and prioritisation of SEO activity, from technical audits and on-page optimisation, to content strategy and off-page initiatives. Working closely with a third-party SEO agency and managing one in-house SEO Executive, you’ll ensure that all efforts align with wider commercial goals and deliver measurable results.
This role is both strategic and hands-on. You’ll be tasked with monitoring the technical health of a large-scale domain, identifying opportunities to improve performance, and troubleshooting any issues that may impact search visibility. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams such as content, brand, trading, and development to champion SEO best practice across the business.
With an impressive annual budget, this is a high-impact role where your decisions will directly influence growth. You’ll be empowered to drive change, lead cross-functional initiatives, and report on performance with confidence, using data-led insights to shape and refine your approach.
If you’re looking to step into a leadership role where you can truly shape the future of SEO in a large-scale digital environment, this could be the perfect next move.

There’s a competitive host of other benefits such as private healthcare, industry-leading professional development, and competitive pension and holiday allowance.
