The Role
We’re hiring an SEO Manager to lead the organic search strategy for one of the UK’s fastest-growing leisure brands. This is a brilliant opportunity to take full ownership of SEO at a business that’s bold, ambitious, and committed to digital innovation.
You’ll be responsible for driving sustainable organic growth across all SEO channels, right through from technical SEO and on-site optimisation, through to content strategy and link-building. You’ll work closely with internal teams across content, development, and UX to ensure SEO is embedded in everything from the ground up.
This is a role for a proactive, hands-on, all rounder SEO with experience in a fast-paced B2C or eCommerce environment. You’ll be expected to keep ahead of the curve by adapting strategies to respond to the ever-changing landscape with AI SEO.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in a dedicated SEO role, ideally within B2C or eCommerce
- Strong technical SEO knowledge, particularly across site audits, indexing, crawlability, schema
- Confident with keyword strategy, SERP trends, and on-page content optimisation
- Deep understanding of GA4, Google Search Console, and tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs
- Commercially minded with a clear grasp of how SEO supports wider business goals
- Familiarity with AI in search, and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly
- Experience working cross-functionally with developers, designers, and content teams
- Leisure and/or travel sector experience is a plus, but not a deal breaker
Benefits
Depending on experience, there’s a salary on offer here of up to £50k. The company is based just outside of Swansea and they offer a flexible approach to remote and hybrid working. With this role, we are open to discussing the pattern and your individual needs, depending on your location and ability to commute to the office. However, this cannot be a fully-remote role, and so if you are only looking for fully-remote roles, then you will not be considered for this position. There’s also a whole host of other benefits such as private medical cover and generous travel and leisure discounts and perks.
