Remote Full time, Permanent

£35,000 - £40,000

The Role

We’re looking for a confident and experienced SEO Manager to join a fast-growing specialist agency. You’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding results for clients, working across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage multiple accounts, lead audits, build clear SEO roadmaps, and optimise sites to boost both rankings and conversions.

You’ll also be part of the agency’s push into AI SEO, exploring how generative search is shaping the industry. This isn’t a junior role, so you’ll need the confidence to take ownership of accounts and make independent decisions while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

If you’re looking for an agency that cares as much about people as performance, and you want to be part of a fun, supportive culture, this is the role for you.

Skills & Experience

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in an agency setting
  • Strong knowledge of local SEO across on-page, off-page, and technical
  • Proven client-facing account management experience
  • Confidence using Search Console, GA4, Semrush, and Rankmath SEO
  • Experience auditing websites and creating actionable roadmaps
  • WordPress know-how, including Elementor, Divi, and plugin management
  • Ability to create and validate JSON-LD schema markup
  • Understanding of how AI and generative search are impacting SEO
  • Great organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • A positive, proactive attitude, and a sense of humour!

Benefits

You’ll be joining a team that works hard but also knows how to have fun. Alongside a supportive culture, you’ll enjoy a salary of up to £40k depending on experience, fully-remote working, an adult approach to working hours and commitments, private medical, AND, unlimited holiday allowance. Not only that, the company also has regular team trips away with the last one being to Ibiza.

Sound Good?
