We’re excited to be working with a leading Bristol agency as they open up the search for an SEO Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an SEO specialist who is curious and inquisitive about AI and GEO. You’ll be joining an established agency with a very welcoming digital team, along with a fantastic roster of clients to get stuck into!
The Role
In this client-facing, strategic role, you’ll go far beyond traditional SEO deliverables. You’ll be building long-term SEO and AEO strategies, optimising for Google AI Overviews, Chatbots, and helping clients stay competitive in an evolving search landscape. You’ll also be tasked with improving conversion outcomes and delivering integrated SEO, AEO, and CRO recommendations. You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of clients, from travel through to finance, and hospitality to sports.

Skills and Experience
- 4-5 years’ experience in an SEO role, ideally with exposure to AI search
- Strong technical SEO knowledge including site audits, optimisation, and migrations
- Skilled in keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO content planning
- Ability to investigate and resolve ranking drops and implement recovery strategies
- Excellent understanding of the interplay between SEO, PPC, and CRO
Benefits
Depending on experience, the salary on offer here is up to £45k. In terms of the working pattern, you’ll be required in the office 3 days a week, with 2 days a week WFH. This agency has a very collaborative culture with many in the team choosing to work in the office more than not.
