The Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Graphic Designer to join a fast-growing global business within the horticulture and sports industry. Based in the Bristol office, you will take full responsibility for managing and producing all in-house print and digital design while overseeing branding and imagery across the company’s expanding portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the visual identity of well-known brands and ensure consistency across all print and online representations. Your role will also involve close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to manage project planning, sign-offs, and the overall creative process.

As the Senior Graphic Designer, your responsibilities will include designing brochures, leaflets, and sales literature, creating artwork for digital marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and corporate communications, managing image libraries, and delivering print-ready artwork for press use. You’ll also be involved in ad-hoc photography and editing for PR and product catalogues, along with managing relationships with print suppliers. This is a role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to make a real impact on the company’s creative output.

Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
• A strong portfolio showcasing experience in branding, packaging, and corporate literature
• Understanding of print production and experience in supplier negotiations
• Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt copy for different audiences
• Detail-oriented with excellent project management and organisational skills
• Ability to manage design projects from concept to delivery
• Strong communication skills and confidence in working across teams
• Excellent time management and the ability to meet tight deadlines
