The Role

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a keen interest in web design and build? Do you want to work for one of the most established South West agencies? If the answer is yes, then we’d love to hear from you.

We’re working with a well-respected digital media agency as they look to appoint a Senior Project Manager to join their small yet talented project team. Joining a medium sized agency, you’ll benefit from the sizable client projects but will be working in a close-knit environment and culture. Your role will be nice and varied and will cover the pitching and proposals process, project onboarding and roadmap development, management of in-house designers and developers, and forecasting and budget analysis, across web design and build, UX and CRO.

Sitting within the project team directly next to the tech team, you will be in the thick of everything; managing client relationships throughout the end-to-end project life cycle. You will have your finger on the pulse when it comes to project progress, and always advocating better ways of working and collaborating. It goes without saying that we need someone here with experience/exposure to website builds in a variety of platforms such as WordPress, Magento and Shopify. You’ll be comfortable working autonomously and will be a clear and confident communicator.

Skills and Experience 

• Demonstrable project management experience, using a variety of methodologies
• A project management qualification such as PRINCE2 would be desired, but is not essential
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Confluence
• Experience managing projects across web design, build, UX and CRO
• Ability to explain complex information in a simple manner
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A can-do, team player attitude

There is a salary of up to £45k on offer here depending on experience, as well as plenty of benefits such as bespoke flexible working arrangements, and a clear progression route.
