The Role
We’re working with a fun and vibrant agency on the outskirts of Bath, on their search for a new PPC Executive to join the team. Do you have 12-18 months’ experience in a paid media role, and you’re keen to work for one of the best employers the PPC South West scene has to offer? Look.no.further!
This is an established agency that works with a real variety of clients across a number of industries from eCommerce to FMCG to finance to medical. Working in a small, collaborative and growing paid media team, you will be assigned a small portfolio of established clients to start with, and will be responsible for campaign activation as well as client management, across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, and some Performance Max and Shopping campaigns. We’re looking for someone who really enjoys paid media, who is able to be strategic, as well as self-sufficient in setting up and optimising campaigns.
This is a client-facing role, although we do not require you to have worked agency-side in the past. What’s more important in this role is that you’re a natural team-player, you are inquisitive, and always looking at ways to improve digital acquisition for your clients.
Skills and Experience
- At least 12-18 months’ experience in a PPC role
- Experience across paid search and paid social would be preferred
- Great team player mentality, where you like working in a collaborative team
- A real interest in staying up to date with changes and trends within paid media
Benefits
There is a competitive salary on offer here of up to £29k depending on experience, alongside a whole host of amazing, unique benefits such as team trips, company campervan and annual performance bonus. This agency has 2 offices, one of which is an outdoor woodland office which the team uses frequently (especially in the summertime). You will be joining at a time of exciting growth and expansion and there are plenty of opportunities for personal development here. There is a hybrid working pattern on offer, where you would ideally be working in the office 4 days per week, and one day from home.
