The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of paid media activity across two ambitious and fast-growing brands within the same group. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead campaigns across both Google Ads and Meta, while also evolving your expertise into the wider performance marketing mix.

You’ll be responsible for building and optimising campaigns that drive measurable results, reporting directly to the senior leadership team on performance and strategy. Initially, your focus will be on Google and Meta campaigns, but the role will naturally grow to include SEO, CRO, email, and other acquisition channels. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys testing and refining campaigns, and is eager to develop their career within a growing and forward-thinking business.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong experience managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns with a proven ROI-driven approach.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing campaigns across multiple brands.
  • Comfortable building reports and dashboards (GA4 or similar) to translate metrics into actionable strategy.
  • A test-and-learn mindset, always seeking opportunities to optimise and improve performance.
  • Ambitious and growth-oriented, with a desire to expand into SEO, CRO, and email.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
