The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join a well-established brand in the consumer goods space. This is a key role where you will be coming in to take all paid media activities in-house, giving you plenty of freedom and autonomy. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving international D2C eCommerce growth, managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Amazon, Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok.
Working in-house as part of a small but highly creative and collaborative team, you’ll develop high-impact PPC strategies, manage budgets, and use data-driven insights to optimise performance. If you’re a paid media specialist with SEO knowledge looking for a broad and varied role, this could be the perfect opportunity.
Skills and Experience
- At least 2 years’ experience in a paid media role within an agency or eCommerce setting.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Amazon Advertising, and social media advertising.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimisation.
- Good understanding of SEO principles and best practices is highly desired.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality.
- Ability to stay ahead of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Benefits
Depending on your level of experience, there is a salary of up to £45k on offer. We could go slightly higher for someone with excellent eCommerce performance marketing experience. This role is fully office-based and as such, if you are unable to go to the office 5 days a week, then your application will unfortunately not be considered. We are able to look at part-time options for this role, but you will still need to be in the office every day that you are working. There is free onsite parking and excellent career progression available within this company.
