Digital Tonic are delighted to be working with an outstanding Cheltenham-based digital agency as they look to hire a Paid Media Specialist. This agency specialises in luxury consumer products and as such, you’ll be working with some stunning brands. Managing a PPC Executive, you will work collaboratively with them to deliver quality campaigns across paid search and paid social, working with a variety of ad spends/budgets, and with clients of varying needs and goals in terms of customer acquisition. This is not a one-size-fits-all type of agency, and so we need someone who can adapt to client needs and treat each account in a bespoke manner. In return, you’ll be working on a wide range of international brands and accounts that will really allow you to be autonomous and implement your creative ideas.
We’re looking for someone with demonstrable experience delivering successful paid media campaigns autonomously, but also someone who is confident leading on paid media strategy. You will be line managing an Exec, and whilst previous management experience isn’t essential, it would be very advantageous. This role would be suited to those with agency-side experience, or in-house experience where you’ve worked on multiple brands or categories.
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrable paid media experience across both paid search and paid social
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- An interest in B2C/consumer brands is highly desirable
- Experience managing paid media strategies as well as execution
- Line management experience is desirable but not essential
There’s a competitive salary on offer here of up to £45-50k depending on experience, and a hybrid working pattern of 2-3 days in the office in Cheltenham.
