Bristol Hybrid Full time, Permanent

£30,000 - £37,000

Are you a paid media specialist who loves taking full ownership of your accounts and seeing the impact of your work first-hand? Want to work with a forward-thinking agency where you can run high-performing campaigns, manage significant budgets, and be part of a small, close-knit team with a brilliant culture?

We’re working with a fast-growing paid media agency who empower ambitious brands through award-winning paid media strategies.  They’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist who’s excited to manage a small portfolio of clients end-to-end: building strong relationships, shaping strategy, and delivering measurable results.

You’ll get autonomy, responsibility, and the opportunity to work on some seriously impactful accounts, all while being part of a friendly team that genuinely loves what they do (regular socials, weekly lunches, and a supportive culture included).

The Role

As Paid Media Specialist, you’ll own a small number of client accounts, each with unique goals and challenges, some with very large paid media budgets. You’ll be the lead on strategy, implementation, optimisation, and reporting, running campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other key platforms.  Using the agency’s in-house attribution tools, you’ll uncover meaningful insights and make confident, data-led decisions that move performance forward. You’ll work closely with clients, communicating results clearly and shaping strategy based on their ambitions.

This is a fantastic role for someone who wants autonomy, variety, and the chance to grow with a supportive team behind them.

Skills & Experience

  • Has 2+ years’ experience in paid media, ideally agency-side
  • Is confident managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics
  • Has experience in client-facing communication and account management
  • Is proactive, detail-oriented, and loves problem-solving
  • (Nice to have) Experience across TikTok, LinkedIn, GA4 dashboards, or Funnel
  • Enjoys collaborating within a small, experienced team

Benefits

You’ll enjoy a generous salary, hybrid working and a 35-hour work week with flexible core hours.  The culture is warm, social, and community-driven – think free weekly team lunches, regular socials, and a stunning central Bristol office with terraces and city views.

You’ll also get 25 days’ holiday (plus a birthday week day off), the ability to work abroad for a month after your first year, your choice of equipment, and clear career progression opportunities through merit-based promotions.  This is somewhere you’ll feel valued, supported, and trusted to do great work.

Sound Good?

If you want full ownership of your accounts, the chance to work on big-budget campaigns, and a place where the culture genuinely stands out, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now and take the next step in your paid media career.
