We’re on the lookout for a Paid Media Manager to lead paid activity across multiple platforms and accelerate the impact of a mission-driven brand and its partners. You’ll be working on meaningful projects with significant budgets, where every campaign directly contributes to growth and positive impact. This role is hybrid, with the flexibility to balance time between home and the office, so your work can work for you.

The Role

As Paid Media Manager, you’ll own and lead paid media activity across Google Ads, Microsoft, and Meta, driving profitable growth across both B2B and B2C channels. Managing a multi-million-pound budget, you’ll deliver innovative, high-performing campaigns that achieve ROI and CPA targets while supporting wider business goals.

Your work will include building and optimising campaigns across search, shopping, social, display, and video. You’ll manage Google Merchant Centre accounts, create interactive reports in Google Looker Studio and GA4, and deliver biweekly insights and quarterly reviews to stakeholders.

This is a hands-on, results-focused role where you’ll be trusted to spot opportunities, test new strategies, and refine workflows. You’ll work closely with client partners, guiding creative, analysing performance, and ensuring campaigns are not only profitable but also impactful.

Skills and Experience

  • Has 2 + years’ experience in paid media, ideally in an agency environment
  • Has proven success managing budgets of £100k+ and optimising for ROI/CPA
  • Understands both B2C e-commerce and B2B lead generation
  • Is confident across search, shopping, and Facebook/Meta campaigns
  • Has strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets, GA4, and Google Looker Studio
  • Has experience managing Google Merchant Centre accounts and multi-currency feeds
  • Brings excellent organisational skills, time management, and attention to detail
  • Is proactive, curious, and keen to test new ideas and strategies
  • Shares a passion for sustainability and wants to use digital marketing as a force for good
