The Role

Are you a data-driven marketer who loves optimising campaigns, uncovering insights, and driving measurable growth? Do you enjoy taking ownership of paid media performance across multiple brands and channels?

We’re hiring a Senior Paid Media Specialist on behalf of a global consumer products company known for designing, developing and supplying an exciting range of products across sports, leisure and toys. With a diverse portfolio of owned and licensed brands – distributed both in the UK and internationally – you’ll be supporting well-loved household names and helping them reach even bigger audiences.

You’ll take full responsibility for planning, launching and optimising campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta and Amazon, using data and creativity to deliver performance improvements and stronger brand visibility. As the paid media expert within the eCommerce team, you’ll guide strategy, test new ideas, shape targeting and produce clear, actionable reporting.

Working closely with marketing, design and buying teams, you’ll help create compelling copy, strong creative assets and clever campaign structures that bring products to life. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants ownership, variety and the chance to make a genuine impact in a fast-moving multi-brand environment.

Skills & Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage day-to-day spend, optimisation and reporting across Google, Bing, Meta and Amazon

  • Lead campaign ideation, set-up and execution across multiple paid channels

  • Review performance data to identify trends, opportunities and actions

  • Create engaging ad copy and partner with design teams to produce strong visual assets

  • Build audiences using customer insight and behavioural data

  • Develop and deliver briefs for product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns

  • Produce clear, accurate reports for the wider business

  • Monitor competitors and propose improvements

  • Manage budgets and drive improvements in ROAS

  • Share insights and relevant industry trends with the team

What you’ll bring:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in paid media (agency or client-side)

  • Strong hands-on Google Ads experience (essential)

  • Familiarity with Facebook/Instagram and Amazon ads (desirable)

  • Comfortable managing multiple brands and product categories

  • Excellent analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills

  • A strong eye for detail, design awareness and confident copywriting

  • Great organisation, communication and time-management abilities

  • A proactive, self-starting approach and the confidence to work independently or collaboratively

Benefits

On offer is a family-owned business that genuinely values its people, offering a friendly, supportive environment and a strong focus on personal and professional development. You’ll enjoy a generous 40% product discount, a competitive company pension with an annual salary exchange option, sick pay, and enhanced maternity and paternity pay. With 33 days of holiday, free on-site parking, a casual dress code and regular company events, you’ll be part of a workplace culture that’s relaxed, positive and welcoming. The company also provides long-service recognition, a Healthshield cash-back scheme, a Cycle-to-Work scheme after six months, and comprehensive induction and training.
