The Role
We’re working with a well-established, luxury retail business as they expand into a brand new category. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, giving you the freedom to shape the trading calendar, analyse performance, and quickly act on opportunities. From daily performance tracking to campaign execution, you’ll make data-driven decisions to improve performance across all ecommerce KPIs – from conversions to abandonment rates.
You’ll also manage and mentor a small team, guiding the development of eCommerce Executives and Merchandisers. Collaboration will be key, as you’ll work with wider teams to support forecasting, stock planning, promotional planning, and long-term site enhancements.
