The Role

We are pleased to be partnering with a dynamic B2B tech business based in Bristol, as they look to hire their first Marketing Manager. They are looking for a strong B2B marketer who is comfortable in building a variety of lead generation campaigns. If you are looking for an opportunity to really shape a department this could be for you!

This would be the ideal role for a marketer that thrives off developing marketing plans and strategies, but who also loves getting stuck in and seeing their plans come to life. Your main responsibilities will be to promote and increase brand awareness, whilst working across lead generation campaigns to deliver quality MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads).

Your core channels of focus will be email automation and lead nurturing, website CMS and social media. You will work alongside a social agency for social content creation and building out a social content plan. 

This is a hybrid role in Bristol, 3 days per week. 

Skills and Experience 

  • Proven campaign management experience in a B2B environment 
  • Broad knowledge of the digital channels including Email, Social, CMS and SEO
  • Experience in delivering sales or marketing qualified leads
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excited by joining a fast growing business with plenty of opportunities

Benefits

This role is hybrid within Bristol working in the office 3 days per week. There is a salary of Circa £40k (DOE). Alongside a generous holiday allowance and a fantastic working environment.
