The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join a well-established brand with some great products as they embark on their next period of growth. Reporting into the Marketing Director, you’ll play a key role in building and delivering campaigns that drive both brand awareness and demand generation. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be shaping integrated campaigns, managing external agencies, and making sure activity delivers tangible results to both B2B and B2B2C markets.
You’ll be working with a supportive and collaborative team that includes a Content Executive and external creative partners, giving you plenty of resources to bring campaigns to life. There’s also an eCommerce channel that currently sits within the marketing remit, with future plans to expand this further.

Skills and Experience
- Previous experience working within a B2B environment
- Strong background in campaign management with proven results
- Good digital marketing experience across web, email, social, and knowledge of SEO & PPC
- Experience managing external agencies and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders
- Exposure to both brand-building and lead generation activity
- Commercially minded with the ability to measure and report on campaign success
- Strong communicator and genuine team player, willing to integrate yourself within the wider team
