Bristol Hybrid Full time

£30,000 - £35,000

The Company
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing SaaS company that provides specialist software solutions to universities across the UK. Their products support research and academic project management, and they work with some of the most well-known institutions in the sector.

The Role
Are you a marketing professional looking for a role with variety and impact? As a marketing executive, you will play a key role in ensuring a consistent marketing presence while keeping the website, events, and communications aligned with company goals. This is not a content-heavy role, but rather one focused on strategic marketing execution, event planning, and sales support.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Website maintenance – keeping the website structured, up to date, and easy to navigate.
  • Case studies – producing and publishing one per quarter, working with internal teams for input.
  • Sector event management – tracking and coordinating event attendance, managing logistics, and preparing presentation materials.
  • Webinar support – helping the sales team refine and improve sector-specific webinars.
  • Email marketing and CRM – managing targeted email campaigns and supporting sales efforts using a bespoke CRM system.
  • General marketing tasks – scooping up all marketing elements to ensure consistency and efficiency.

About You

  • Organised and proactive – capable of managing multiple elements of marketing without needing a strict content-heavy schedule.
  • Tech-savvy – comfortable working in a SaaS/B2B marketing environment with CRM tools, email marketing, and website management.
  • Adaptable – happy working in a fast-paced but human-centric environment, where collaboration is key.
  • Collaborative – able to work alongside sales and marketing leadership to make processes smoother and more efficient.
  • Higher education experience is a plus – a background in university marketing, research management, or SaaS would be beneficial.

What’s on Offer?
The role comes with a competitive salary of £30,000 – £35,000, depending on experience. The company supports hybrid working and provides a 5% pension contribution. There is a strong emphasis on personal development, with access to learning budgets and career growth opportunities. Additional benefits include a Cycle-to-Work Scheme, regular team breakfasts and social events, an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), and access to volunteering opportunities.
