The Role 

We’re working with a global automotive brand, as they look to recruit a Marketing Automation and CX Leader to join the growing team. A brand new role due to growth and expansion of its sub-brands, your role within this organisation will be in maximising and optimising the customer experience through your expert understanding of Bloomreach.

This business has invested heavily in a new customer data platform and as a result, they are looking for someone who can unlock the insight and value within the customer data, to further refine the customer experience and in turn grow revenue across European and Northern American territories. You’ll be comfortable using Bloomreach technology to map the end-to-end customer journey, identifying specific touchpoints and creating personalised workflows, to nurture prospects through the sales funnel. You will use data to improve personalisation and audience segmentation, as well as implementing a single customer view (SCV). Ideally, you will have worked across America and Europe and will have an in-depth understanding of how consumer behaviours and buying behaviours differ from region to region. 

In addition to this, you will conduct split testing and AB testing, and work closely with your digital trading colleagues across all regions, so that collectively, you can enhance the customer journey and conversion rates.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a globally-focused CRM/customer data or analytics capacity
  • Excellent data analysis skills
  • Experience with audience segmentation and personalisation
  • Previous experience working within the US would be highly desired here
  • Prior experience using Bloomreach and/or Bloomreach certifications 

Benefits

Depending on experience, this role is paying up to £75k + benefits. You’ll have a hybrid working model of 2 days a week in the office close to Liverpool Street Station. You’ll also benefit from 26 days’ holiday rising to 31, and an employee benefits package.
