The Role
Are you a seasoned PPC marketer who is looking to take that next step into a leadership role? Or are you looking for a change in environment and excited by the prospect of working for a small but growing agency? Then we might have just the role for you…
We’re delighted to be supporting a successful digital marketing agency in the heart of Bath, as they look to recruit their next Head of PPC. This is a department leadership role where you’ll report directly to the Founders, and will have ownership of the department P&L and growth strategy.
Initially, you’ll come on board and manage a team of 2 hands-on PPC Specialists, but with the huge appetite and increasing client wins, you’ll be looking to hire additional people to your team. You’ll be responsible for the future growth and development of the PPC team, the revenue and P&L, day-to-day team management, overseeing high value client account management, but will also be heavily involved in day to day campaign execution and optimisation. Whilst this is a leadership role, it wouldn’t be suited to those who want to remain as hands-off as possible. You will lead from the front, and so we’re looking for those who still like to remain hands-on with campaigns.
This is an exciting time to join the business as they pivot their offering and become further specialised. You’ll play a central role in this change and growth.

Benefits
Depending on experience, there is a salary on offer of up to £50k depending on experience. There is a hybrid working pattern of 2 days in the office and 3 days working remote. This agency offers a whole host of other perks which can be discussed at application stage.
