The Role
We’re super excited to be working with a sustainability-led business as they embark on a search for a Head of Paid Media to join the team. This is a wildly successful business in the eCommerce space, and we’re looking for someone energetic with a growth mindset to come and lead a talented paid media team, whilst supporting international expansion.
Working closely with the Board, you will lead the paid media function and the overarching strategy across all facets of the business, which include B2B and B2C audiences. Paid media is hugely important to the growth ambitions of this business, and as such we’re looking for someone who is as comfortable in the weeds of managing ad platforms as they are developing paid media strategies on a global scale.
Managing a fully-functioning paid media team, you’ll work closely with other department leaders such as SEO and eCommerce, to ensure that the acquisition strategy supports web and conversions, and that you are exceeding targets across CPA and ROAS. Ideally you’ll have spent some time working agency-side and be able to manage multiple brands simultaneously, with excellent working knowledge of paid search, shopping, social and display channels. We’re looking for a strong team leader who is able to inspire and excite their teams.
Skills and Experience
- Significant experience in a senior paid media role
Exposure to 7 figure budgets/media spends
Strong working knowledge across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Shopping
B2B and B2C channel experience
Team management experience
